Swiftspace offers a variety of mobile caddies, bookcases and wardrobe products to meet every different storage need. The key to our products are that they are all on casters which makes them mobile and that they contain counterweights which give them stability when being moved.
Construction
The mobile cabinets are constructed out of 18 gauge steel on the body and 16 gauge on the shelves shelves. All drawer fronts and drawer sides are double walled. The drawers also feature ball-bearing drawer slides with quick disconnect and anti-rebound features: full-extension slides on file drawers; ¾-extension slides on box drawers All freestanding and mobile pedestal files come with a pre-installed counterweight for stability. Each cabinet includes 4 black plastic casters; 2 locking and 2 non-locking. The casters ship detached and must be installed in the field.. The cabinets ship with an Arc Pull and flat Nickel lock (which can be keyed alike) as standard. Models are available in a number of powder coat colours however Platinum is the colour that best fits the aluminum colour on the stations.
